Knowledge and Training for Integration
Due to language and cultural differences, current integration efforts have fallen short in effectively integrating immigrants into society.
His priority is to identify practical and efficient approaches to train and educate newcomers, enabling them to adapt more quickly and easily to their new environment.

For the next generation of Finland
As immigrants, even though we feel deeply integrated into the local community, we sense that many social adjustments are still needed for our children.
The differences in our cultural, social and linguistic values pose many challenges in balancing two entirely different social and cultural ways of life. It is essential for us to seek the right solutions while thinking carefully about personal behaviour, social exclusion and the opportunities to grow into full members of society.

Development and Cultural Preservation
In the pursuit of development, we must not abandon our traditional values but rather adapt them thoughtfully to changing times and circumstances.
Welcoming people from all corners of the world enriches our society with diverse languages, faiths, and cultural practices. While these influences may transform our community, they can also become valuable assets if embraced and integrated meaningfully.
